Well, The Vizard application for this site was very long. A lot longer and more confusing that it should have been. Sorry, but instead of doing yours, I copied and pasted my application from a different website. If YOu want me to do if for real, I will, but I just thought it was easier to do it this way.
Name: Tatsumaki Urufu
Gender: Male
PersonalityA fun-loving risk taker. Urufu was raised by an abusive mother after his father left them when he was two. He loves nature, and absolutely adores Wolves. Believing that a Man should protect all those he cares about, he has trained himself to use a katana since the age of seven. With no teacher, it has been difficult, but he does have some skills. Being very short for his age, he has learned to fight to survive being beaten up.
Appearance4'7 Caucasion male. Brown-black hair, deep green eyes. Wears only White Gi pants and a dark black tee shirt. No shoes or socks. Deep Scar on his left arm, from shoulder to elbow. Many scars on his hands and feet from training martial arts every day to his limit. He is 16 years old, but very muscled. His fingers end in long claws.
Zanpakutô SpiritFenrir is a black wolf with a white face, resembling a Hollow Mask. Gentle at first glance, he is a very fierce warrior while fighting. Thinks things through calmly, then chooses the most logical answer for all his problems. Between him and Urufu, he is definiatly the brains of the operation.
Sealed Zanpakutô A regular Katana with a black hilt and black material for the grip. The sheath is pure black save the tips. They are gold.
Shikai AppearanceThe Blade glows slightly, and the symbols
"刀は、プロテクターの" Appear in blood red starting at the hilt and extending towards the tip. Wind constantly swirls around the blades tip. The handle has a long, white ribbon coming from the end, and just hangs. Urufu uses this to spin the sword in the air, creating a whirlwind.
Shikai Abilities The sword splits into 7 of the same blade, and attacks the opponent relentlessly, similiar to a wolf pack, with strategic tactics such as ambush or attacking the legs. If needed, the Blades can regroup and split over and over. The whirlwind that originally just scattered around the blade becomes a full-fledged tornado over the sword, even if it is split.
Release PhraseJikoku Dzuki Hanto, Fenrir! (Time to hunt, fenrir)
Bankai AppearanceThe sword resembles the Sealed form, except it retains (Sword of the protector) Kanji on it, and the blade turns pure white. The handle stays the way it was as well.
Bankai AbilitiesThe "Wolf Pack" splits into 49 swords this time, and the blades grow longer and thinner. One Sword, the "Alpha" Glows blood red, while the rest glow yellow, to signify the true one. An alternate tactic, instead of the "Wolf Pack" tactic, would be the 49 swords form a circle around the victim, and erupts into tornadoes, easily shredding the opponent.
Mask Appearance Similiar to a Naruto AnBu mask, it is completely wolfen. The insides of the ears are dark red, and the teeth are red. The eyes look spiked, and it has whiskers. Carries a sadistic grin.
Mask Abilities Increases speed, strenght, and Reiatsu. Also Increases intelligence in using his sword. Can use Cero when mask is on.
Mask Control (Mask Control Is either 1 being the strongest, 2 being moderate control or 3 being a little control over your hollow, or 4 being no control your hollow is there and will somtimes take control. This guages the Vizard Powers.) 2
History Raised by his abusive mother till he was 7, Urufu ran away bringing only his will with him one July morning. He ran until he couldn't run anymore, and collapsed in front of a hole in the ground. When Urufu came to, he noticed A set of fierce, yellow eyes staring back. The wolf, for that is what the eyes belonged to, licked his nose, signaling he wasn't going to harm him. Turning around, the wolf entered the hole in the ground, in which Urufu realized was the wolf's den. Whimpering, the wolf turned back to look at Urufu. Urufu merely stared blankly at the wolf. The wolf trotted back over to Urufu, and grabbed his sleeve with his "soft" teeth. He pulled gently, showing he wanted Urufu to follow. Urufu crawled towards the hole, and squeezed his way inside. Inside, he found a rather large hole that shouldn't have been that big. The wolf expertly leaped to a rock that stood in the center. The rock balanced precariously atop a column. In the center of the top of the rock was impaled a sword. The wolf curled peacefully around the sword. Urufu jumped over as well, and laid down beside the wolf. The wolf nuzzled against Urufu and the boy absent mindly petting him. As they fell asleep, his once moving hand rested on the hilt of the blade.His final thoughts were 'Thank you, Okami-chan.' They both fell into a deep sleep. When Urufu woke up, he was outside in the forest. In his hand was the sword. He swung it around for a moment, getting a feel for the weight. He learned how to tell from his grandfather, who taught him how to use a sword. Suddenly, the sword glowed. From the glow shot a beam of light roughly 5 feet away. The light changed shape rapidly, until it settled on a wolf silhouette. The silhouette subsided, until he could clearly see a black wolf with white eyes. The wolf opened his mouth, and instead of the bark Urufu expected, the wolf spoke.
"I am Fenrir. Welcome to your mind Urufu. For you to come here, you must want to protect something. Name it."
"I want to protect Okami-Chan." With that, The Fenrir returned to the blade. With a flash of Red, Urufu truly woke up. When he awoke, Okami-chan was gone. In his place was the sword. Urufu then made it his mission to Find Okami-Chan, and sleep in their cave together once again.
Roleplay SampleUrufu stood in a clearing near the original Den in which he met Okami-chan, and discovered his own soul cutter sword. He materialized Fenrir, and asked the question that would take him from the physical world.
"Will you take me to the soul society?"
"I will, but be warned. The shinigami will not take you lightly. You come from the physical world, yet you have a zanpakuto. They will try to arrest you. Let them. Explain your story, and apply to hte shinigami academy." Fenrir explained to Urufu.
"I am ready." Urufu smirked, and raised his sword. Fenrir leaped at Urufu and shot through him. Urufu's "Shinigami" soul was pushed out. As Fenrir dissapeared, Urufu concentrated. Spiritrons collected at the tip of the sword, and caused a white-blue glow. Urufu expertly swung the sword down, and a rift in the air. Urufu camly stepped through it, and entered the dimension between the soul society and the physical world. Fenrir materialized again, and Urufu leaped upon his back.
"GO!" He shouted, and Fenrir charged. Making the gap in only 52 seconds, they broke through with an energetic leap. In midair, Urufu front flipped off Fenrir as he disappeared, and landed graciously on the ground.
