This is a slightly different system than you'll find on most Bleach sites, and it's our own personal power measuring system. Simply put, a character has a rank of reiatsu. This may be increased during the rp, but every character starts with a set reiatsu.
Here's how the system works. The higher your reiatsu, the stronger your character is. If your character fights an opponent with a higher reiatsu than them, they are going to need to struggle more to beat them. Reiatsu ranks are numbered 1-10. Ten is the weakest level and is awarded to a complete and utter cr*p profile. 1 is the highest and awarded to only the VERY best profiles. If you want a series equivalent, then a 10 would be like a normal human who cannot see spirits, whereas a 1 or 2 would be a captain level shinigami or an Espada.
If you wish to increase your "level" check with a staff member, and they will give you an evaluation. If they believe you have improved, then they will grant you a new rank.
The difference in power would be something like this:
1-2 ranks of difference: The weaker character will be at a slight disadvantage but still be able to fight roughly on par.
3-4 ranks of difference. While the lower ranked character is going to have to struggle hard and fight smart to stay on even footing, it is still possible to overcome the stronger opponent.
5-6 ranks of difference. The weaker character is at a severe disadvantage, and it is near impossible to win.
7+ ranks- The higher ranked character completely dominates the battlefield, and should have no trouble defeating the lower ranked one.
You must put your character's rank in your signature. If you have multiple characters you must put each one's individual rank next to their name.
