[Rangiku Matsumoto]

greetings to all. I am Rangiku Matsumoto the Vice Captain of the 1st Squad in the Gotei 13. All who wish to join my Squad must sign up here, where they will be rewarded Seats based on their fighting skills. We are the specialized Elite Strike Force of Soul Society, meaning that we are always the first Shinigami in during major assaults and special missions, and almost always the last ones out. Unlike Squad Eleven, however, we will not accept just anyone who loves to fight, and our numbers are fewer then most Squads. We also accept zanpakuto of ALL types. If you are incapable of making rational decisions in battle, we do not want you.
